Level two is completely Paleo and includes fewer fruits. Level three is a ketogenic diet. It includes no fruits and more fats.

- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup chopped beets
- 1 cup fermented chia seed pudding (you could just use coconut milk and chia seeds)
- 1 cup water
